My primary role during my tenure at Hitachi Consulting was Brand Customer Experience lead. While this often meant I spent my time executing creative projects, I also provided governance over all external materials to ensure consistency and design excellence. I managed a team of eight creatives and as well as a number of third-party design shops to facilitate a seamless brand experience across all marketing materials.

Event space design

Hitachi Consulting participated in numerous client events, often times with a sponsorship level that included a booth space on the show floor. I designed over 15 unique event spaces and the artwork therein during my time as creative director, where I navigated the complex challenges of providing a brand experience through a physical space.

Management

I managed a small team of designers to execute design deliverables including slideshow presentations, to print collateral, and social media visuals. I trained and developed three junior design resources within our brand standards to ensure a consistent brand experience. Additionally, I oversaw a small creative delivery team of five in India that worked with our creative templates that I created for our brand transformation. Our team generated an average of 50 unique external creative projects per month under my management and direction.
